An amazing piece of unknown wood produced this drone in G. The accent wood used in the finger plugs, mouth and end caps are made from redwood burl. This particular drone was a custom order.
Drone made from Curly Maple in the key of High C. Accent Wood is Morado and features Pyrographic Sea Turtle.
This drone was made from Red Gum. Made in the key of A and accented with Bloodwood. This drone also featured a pyrographic dragon fly.
This Drone was based on a Mayan style instrument. I got the idea from a musicians website who feature a similar flute on a song. I was so captivated by the sound produces by it that I had to recreate one. The flute has two separate keys, D and A.
This was a High C drone made from padauk and ebony.
